Randomly Banned from game..

Started a dungeon and died pretty quickly, was watching someone play while I was eating dinner. Then black screened, message popped up saying unusual something detected, 3 day suspension. So I put in a ticket to get this taking off and now it says perma ban for cheating.
Never cheated, literally died in the first 2 mins of that dungeon, I think out of the near 30 hours I've played I've only beat 1 person 1v1, usually just get owned (i'm not that good not sure how I could be seen as a cheater), have no major items no big boss kills, no massive amount of gold. Not only did I not cheat not sure how anyone would ever think I cheated just by looking at my account, but regardless I wasn't even playing I was spectating someone to learn how to play lol. Put in a appeal ticket nothing so they just stole my money, thanks.

yea it's gotta be real issue I was also randomly banned, I was just looting in the frost caves and then i got randomly ban while fighting a pack of wolves; for sus behavior. i appealed and they havent got back to me on my appeal it was a perma ban off rip. i feel like they need to give more reasoning for the ban other then one word but thats just me. try dungeon born and that ♥♥♥♥ sucks really hoping im getting unbanned. i enjoyed dark and darker so much!!!

It happend for my brother too, but they removed it after he opened a support ticket.

Good afternoon gamers came home from a stressful day from college. Thanking that I was going to play dark and darker after I just purchased it may be a week ago has almost 200 hours in the game log on and find out that I am permanently bank, saying that I abuse the refund system, even though I did not, the refund system if anybody could help me get in contact with the support team, please let me know so I can play this game again

There is mostly a reason why you get banned.
Chance of ban for no reason is close to zero, or pretty small.
Just for example: i d already saw 15-17~ chinese players, they was highly assuring ban is unfair. They did nothing restricted. And while the talk continued, it became clear this guys were using reshadering programs, which prohibited as same as esp.

Same as the original poster. About 30 hours in. Just died in a pvp fight and watching my teammate then I got the Abnormal Behaviour Detected and a 2.5 day ban out of nowhere. I was streaming to a friend who wasn't playing the game via discord at the time but can't think of anything else that might have caused it. Can't even get refunds for purchases to to the in game system for handling payments.
