I mean give DB a month and it will have the same thing happen. Most likely average around 15-20k players. Also daily high for DaD is 31k so that's not bad. Both games are very close in player count right now.

Currently 19,364 in dungeon and 15,680 in lobby. 35,044 player roughly in DaD. In DB around 28,500~ players.

Why do so many people have an issue with both games existing? I for one like both of them and think they both offer something a bit different. What happened to the days when there was a ton of game options for each genre? Seem like nowadays people are happy having one game per genre.

it's not so much having a problem with either existing. it's what it's manifested into. it's inappropriate and against forum rules and guidelines to be spam creating threads about a particular topic when many threads on that same topic are already active on the front page.

this floods the forums and there are actual DaD players, not DB players, DaD players who are trying to get on the DaD forum to ask questions or have discussions that are not about a different game. and the whole time this is happening very little new meaningful points are even made, each thread is just a repetition of the one before it.

this is not a general dungeon crawler discussion forum, or a PvPvE discussion forum. it's a DaD discussion forum. there are many here that rly don't care about whichever similar game happens to currently be fashionable.

there are currently 7 active Dungeonborne forum threads on the first page. I've opened a support ticket so that this can be addressed

I like DaD, but its hard to compete with a free game that has better graphics, animations, gameplay, maps, classes, character creator, no wipes, better group finder, etc

DaD will need to really innovate if they want to keep their playerbase.

well dark and darker have less than 1k less that dungeonborne, and dark and darker has been around for more time, so that says quite enough, maybe in one week or two db number will dwindle lower that dnd

DB has the casual playerbase that frequently plays games on their phone I don't see the big deal. They can play in the cheater infested playground tencent created for them

i dont know why you are lying, but DaD looks more like a mobile game than DB since DB has clearly better graphics and doesnt have microtransactions, ya know like a mobile game.

there also are no cheaters in DB, unlike DaD which has them constantly. DBs kernal level anticheat is dominating and Ive yet to see any cheaters in dozens of hours.
