Dexterity for bows?

does Dexterity make you draw bows back faster????

i believe dex affects action speed, so yes, the drawback would be slightly faster than without.. obvvs the higher the value, the faster you perform actions/activity

I could totally be wrong here but I thought action speed was tied to agility?

No that's interaction speed
Also multiple stats can effect the same thing with differing effectiveness
