I was given a false permanent ban.

I was given a false permanent ban, I filed an appeal and they answered me:
"Thank you so much for reaching out to us and for your patience in awaiting a response.
We wanted to provide you with an update on your support ticket.

Thank you for submitting your ban appeal. We have received and reviewed your appeal.
We have determined that you were using an unauthorized program, which violates our policies.
As a result, your account has been permanently blocked."
Now I have no idea what to do, I bought the edition for $30, bought quite a few cosmetics and ordered a limit from MADRINAS (by the way, I activated the code from it and they banned me the next day:D), I recently deposited a good amount for GCX and that’s it for the sake of a game that I really like and in the end I got a ban for no reason, I didn’t use cheats or anything illegal, I just don’t know what to do now.

i got a ban this morning ( abnormal detection ? )and i never cheated, waiting the appeal. the only thing that was open beside the game was brave browser with maps from the crypt.

have a buddy who was also banned just this morning. he is not running anything that should get him flagged. he does however use a map on his browser. if that is what flagged him. incoming lawsuit detected.

And I wrote a response letter to their email, but there was no answer either...

I would bet at 1-3 odds as in bet 100 make 30 if you win, lose 100 if you lose
- that ニキトス was actually hacking.

The answer is buy the game again and dont hack this time.

Probably seen 8 people complain about "false hacking bans", and about 5 of them had names that were not in the latin alphabet. 2 more were Chinese players with latin alphabet English names. One was European/American.

If these players are not hacking (they are) it would be racist discrimination (but its not).

I've also been banned for the same reason and I didn't cheat or anything, I don't have any 'weird' programs installed, these people are out of their minds, this is simply a scam and I hope Dragonborne will bury this game... sue them!

Bans issued by game developers need to be appealed via that developer's support team.
