Why are Barbarian's perks so underwhelming?

There are more perks and abilities that are absolutely worthless than there are those you use. Most builds run rage and savage roar despite the nerfs recently. What does this tell you? Come on. Barbarian has been nerfed to the ground and warlock is still broken being able to absolutely destroy bosses ALONE without help from ANYONE. You call this balanced? Jesus christ. Make it make sense. If barb can't be buffed, why keep warlock so broken? Healing all your health for free is not balanced, dude. Barbarian's blood exchange is also worthless. Single use and no fast-hitting weapons save maybe the hatchet? Man. What a joke.

When the game went through the multiclassing phase, a lot of the barbarian's perks were taken all the time like the max health and magic resist ones.

Barb was amazing for like 6 months. Metas invariably change. Yes warlock is busted for bossing due to their healing sustain and hitscan spells...agreed.

The warlock nerfs are insignificant while barb just got 1% move speed increase on rage and less PDR reduction. 5% less. Like what the ♥♥♥♥, man? Let's not touch the other 80% of the perks that are never used like 5% Phys damage on two-handed weapons. Like that even makes a difference... Savage also gives you a decent buff for a massive blow to defence. The trade-offfs with barb are WAY too harsh. You're giving up your limbs to have a chance at some combat potential which translates to an overall bad class to main because there's too much risk and little reward. Warlock is the literal easy-mode class this season. It's not even an argument.
