Linking account

i made my account on Steam but i heard to pay for the game you need to purchase it through blacksmith or it wouldn't work properly so i made an account on the website how do i link my website account to my steam account

You have to download the blacksmith launcher from their website, then download the game. Once you get in game you click options and there should be a link code. You then close the game launch it on steam and as its booting it will ask for a link code. You paste it there and it should be linked.

Do i really have to download the entire 40 Gb Game again???

THis isn't true at all that only applies to people who already owned the game before it returned to steam. You can download the game from steam and buy the legendary edition (full game) from inside the game. Make sure steam overlay is turned on. You don't need other launcher and you don't need to download the game twice and you don't need to make an account anywhere.
