How does seasonal rewards work?

Skeleton Champion is a skin right? Do I only get it for the character I reach that rank at or if I get it on one character I can use the skin on any character? Looked online and answers are inconsistant.

The cosmetics are account wide the consumables gold and bag are per character redeemable after season concludes when they release. You will go to previous seasons leader board and redeem the rewards on the tract itself.

The races "skins" you get in ranked also give you stats like other races in the shop as far as I know.
