As far as playing on US west or east I have maybe seen 2 in over 1000 hours of play time. So I guess the answer to the original question is yes its just you. Maybe you are seeing something you think is a hacker and is just a lack of game knowledge.

If you see something you think is suspicious just report the person when spectating them. I think the default key is R when spectating. If they get banned for cheating you will get a message letting you know.

no somethings definitely changed. some kinda of new movement speed and soundless steps. I encountered a wizard, no sound, very quick, with no haste, in trio HR and he was solo and wipe our entire team....this was in inferno. There have been a few other accounts of something similar but that ones the freshest in my mind. I know nothing of hacking/modding whatever... but i went from escaping like 80% of the time to 0% with the same team. We're not the best...but ea of us has over 200+hrs. also there have been instances of notable streamers encountering cheaters i believe. the 1 i remember was some kind of addition ranged melee.

picture is old but it still exists as a newer UI. not many use it, but its an easy tell when someone is. been doing some solo queuing Arenas and theres alot of people actively cheating. faced a rogue recently just blatenly pushing me as a fighter in full plate while ♥♥♥♥ talking. im using the mana orb build with like 8-9 true dmg making me hit ~50+ per swing and ~30%+ action speed. a rogue can generally only take about 2-3 hits if they're kitted....this mf ate 8 and proceeded to kill everyone else while the other guys got 1-2 hits off each on him.

Some F2P friend of mine said he saw a Barbarian with like crazy 50+ in all stats all game long after he died to him and ended up spectating to see what's up. In a lobby with under <124 GS.

Just went into HR, and within 2 minutes a Barbarian entered the module and walked up to where I was. There was no way they could have known I was there. I saw them enter and was hidden away, no potions on my belt, am tucked away in shadow. Also no signs to lead them to me. The Barbarian walked right up to me and next second i'm dead. If people are using ESP that's what it'd look like. Never seen that before, is why I thought I'd mention it.

he used that. PoV of what the cheater sees more or less. supposedly the one people are using can tell you whats in their inventory, what their hp is, and how fked they are.

every time as we closer and closer to wipe the only people still playing are cheaters and gold buyers/sellers because no matter what happens they will always be having a good time in this game and will never want to stop

These threads are always so entertaining to read, I love trying to pick out who is actually trying to be reasonable and who is just having a problem accepting that they might have a skill issue.

Spoiler: There's only 4 people who are being normal here.

Side note: If you think you are seeing cheaters often, you should be running recording software at all times. Medal or Shadowplay are both extremely accessible and barely affect performance in this day and age.

If all you have is a text based story about what you think you saw, I tend to think that you're just struggling to come to terms that you lost a fight.

I can't say for sure I haven't played in a while because the game is dodo but when I did play yes there were cheaters frequently.

I don't really care about losing, time lost, losing loot, it was just an odd way for a round to play out.

Myself I've not seen much cheating at all, I think in the entire time I've owned this game this would be the 2nd possible-cheater story I've got, the rest of the time its got lucky or running out of talent.

I saw few videos recently. Looks like there is a lot ESP and aimbotting. Which without any hard anti-cheat was to be 100% expected to happen in very competitive game.

Go and look at Dimo. Funny tracking with his attacks. Detecting people from complete silence, pre-rage as he is about to get stabbed from complete silence...hopefully those clowns don't come to low gear lobbies. But still. I wonder if Ironmace will start doing something or they are happy camping current number of players. We probably should start writing to them in Korean if we want this to be fixed.

Wasn't Dimo the guy who started showing his task manager and handcams and then the handful of content creators that publicly accused him pretty much stopped talking about it?

Yeah went to go check, all of the accusations came to a *screeching* halt about the same time as the first handcam video.

I always assumed that ESP would be the most popular/common cheat in any extraction game, especially in ones where TTK is pretty low since you don't need a massive amount of skill to hit somebody you can already see coming.
