What is the best weapon type for fighter right now?

Probably still Longsword if you can semi-consistently parry.

Though I'm personally partial to good old Sword n' Board myself, I just really like the Arming Sword's consistent and easy to manage swing pattern.

Longswords not the best if you face magic users or barbs, if you're on fighter in trios heater morning star is good rn or the falcion. If you're in solo rondel buckler is too good rn. Oh and use the survival bow in solos in you wanna be a meta abuser.Toddfather used to be rank one on fighter hes a youtuber
