I donated to St Jude's for the torch skin, but I didn't receive an email. How long am I supposed to wait for the email?

EDIT: I already emailed them and they told me the campaign is over. Y'all can stop asking me stuff about this.

I waited a few hours before emailing them, and they told me the campaign is over unfortunately.

Same, I never got any email either and I know i 100% donated during the campaign. Anyone know how to fix this issue? Idk if it's just my e-mail messing up or if it's Dark and Darker with the issue, but im bummed out, i really wanted that torch skin.

check your email you should have gotten two emails, one has the torch code if you scroll down in it
