Bardiche huge nerfs, and Felling axe buffed

Bardiche's weapon damage has been significantly reduced.
Bardiche's movement speed penalty changed from -40 → -45.
Battle Axe’s weapon damage has been slightly reduced.
Battle Axe’s movement speed penalty changed from -35 → -30.
Double Axe’s weapon damage has been slightly reduced.
Felling Axe’s movement speed penalty changed from -35 → -30.

Felling axe was already the second best barb weapon,imo. next to bardiche looks like its going to be meta now

I think its fine because Felling axe has very short range and is incredibly easy to block IMO

as a barb main, felling axe was already pretty good and now i could keep up with clerics and druids trying to run away

The problem with felling axe is that its the weapon that will ignore all gear and just kill anyone if you keep landing the hits... which is just as difficult at sub 25 as it is fully decked out. It wins the DPS race every time even when the quality is crap.

So buffing it is always a questionable decision.
