QUEST DOESNT WORK FOR KILLING LICH

"Confronting The Darkness" quest from tavern master doesn't work . We killed lich and nothing happened, quest still in progress. We spent on this ♥♥♥♥ about 5 hours, where is it????
Update: I did this quest on 3rd lich kill, i last hitted him with my staff and it worked. I was pretty sure that my teamate killed it with mace on 2nd run, but i duunno why it didn't count.

If you didn't get the finishing blow it doesn't count.

It's not about WE, it's about YOU. You need to kill it.
Only boss quest that allows multiple people to complete it is frost vywern, all members of the team that lands last hit gets credit.

nah you just need to hit it u dont need to finish him, and be alive at the end of the fight, u dont need to extract just be alive while he dies = counts for everyone in ur party

This is 100% false. Every mob and boss counts for the whole team. Players kills do not.
