why does the game sometimes crash when i extract?

I keep my loot/gear, but dont get the exp afterwords.

+1 to this. Has happened twice in a row on my Ranger - I remained level 3 for two extracts in a row but were pretty successful runs with multiple kills. Clearly a bug.

This has bug has been around for a while, kinda rare but happens to most people sometimes.
Didnt know about not getting Xp that sucks if your leveling a new character.

I always thought it was kinda funny in the same way a program crashing when you quit out of it is funny,

So far never had it happen, is there anything in windows event viewer or am I just lucky my computer hasn't had a hiccup yet?
