I am aware of that. That might as well be boss content, its heavily guarded, rare spawns in HR in inferno.
Let me break it down for you. Normal basic enemies, like white skellies, can drop purple. The best thing a demon centaur, in Inferno, in HR, can drop is purple. That gap is silly.
Why stick oranges and uniques in the same area (boss-related content minus a few very small exceptions), oranges should drop from HR minibosses or non-inferno gold chests.
