A warning if you are thinking about purchasing redstone shards to upgrade the game
From June 27th until now, a lot of people like me bought the shards and didn't receive anything, even with the money deducted from their Steam wallet, and it's not possible to make a refund, on their discord I found more reports, and even some people who bought it through EPIC they go through the same thing, the devs don't respond to tickets or emails, nor do they make any announcements about what is happening, for example today it seems that the US East server was not working, they announced it quickly, but a problem involving payment is present for over a week they haven't said anything, we were practically scammed, so avoid buying this scam

I just bought mine through steam and got immediately so must be resolved now?

No.
It's inconsistent enough to where some people like you get their shards while others do not.

I don't know, I personally didn't try to buy again, I just know that my shards never arrived.Did you buy it today or yesterday

earlier today. they came instantly. I just bought 5 more for a skin and also got

Hey guys can confirm I went through the same thing. I sent in a ticket on June 28th and received support. The helpdesk agent requested screenshots of the purchase and the in-game stores current currency I was sitting at. This was their response,

I can confirm it has been 8 days now and I have yet to receive any compensation. Luckily I was using Paypal so I was able to log a fraud report through their resolution center, and I received a full refund that should show up within the next few weeks. I recommend everyone affected by this to do the same as this is unacceptable, egregious and frankly embarrassing. Clearly, the support for this doesn't work so don't waste anymore time.
Yea, 13 days and no support.
i got my redstone shards but when i go to updrade the game through the in game store it doesnt use the redstone it just sends me to the steam store and prompts me to spend more money to buy it
