why Dungeonborne have same Textures like DnD ?

why Dungeonborne have same Textures like DnD ? i just watched a gameplay video of Dungeonborne and in one Map ,the Walls had same Textures like in DnD Inferno Map .
Does former DnD developers created the game ?

Both bought the same asset packs. But at least Mithril has actual artists, while Ironmace can't even make a simple parry animation for weapons that didn't come with those.
