- triple portal (blue portal symbol) in crypts or goblin caves
- elevator(north middle module) or raft (east and west) in frozen caves
- central elevator in goblin caves
Exits leading down a level in frozen caves and crypts are multi-use as well.
Ropes: If the rope has been lifted its been used
Stairs: Goblin cave stairs will be crumbled at the end if it has been used, and on the other maps the torches will be unlit outside.
Rope is single exit obviously.
Triple-portals are... Triple-exits, obviously.
But the rest... Yeah, that's non-obvious. They need to fix it. Novice players always struggle with that. And I was novice to this system, too. It's just weird.
It's part of the game. You learn by failing. If you want a game that gives you flashy pop ups explaining everything, this ain't it and it never will be.
It's like justifying UI as intended difficulty of the game. Like bad camera in Dark Souls at certain bosses etc. The game does not follow any logic behind which exits are single and which ones are multi-exits. That's bad design.
I don't complain at the rest difficulty, which is in most ways is fair.
