perks etc

Please tell me we'll be unlocking perks etc with lvls at some point? And that there will be a lot more of them? Levelling isn't rewarding from what I can see.

Leveling lets you equip more of the perks up til level 15, and you need to be level 20 to enter High Roller.
Elsewise, you get free loot every X levels, claimed from that first character tab, and bragging rights. That is all

do we have an idea when is that? That tab has been there for like 2 years, why do they have to make it the first one that shows up when we click the class menu

they already did something with it but it didnt go so well so they are re tuning things
