black screen while loading into the game

For some reason anytime I load into the game, all I get is a black screen, I tried researching it and tried fixing it, but nothing is working, im so confused

That seems like an integrated graphics card with pretty poor ram, considering. How well does it run other games? Have you updated your graphics card int he last few days?

Uh no, lemme update my graphics card rq and see if that works, also it runs other games rather well example: Paladins, Rome total war 2, Shogun total war 2 Etc though the total war games were not played on the highest setting, neither on the lowest

Might be a directx 12 problem? I've been having issues with games using it lately, had to revert many of them back to version 11
