Warlocks have it as an active ability. Druids just get it for free. Alonside with being already the most mobile class in the entire game by a country mile.
Essentially if you want to play sneaky rat you're pigeonholed into using the same 4 passives: Shapeshifting Mastery, Dreamwalk, Enhanced Wildness, and Thorn Coat. The rest either light you up like a christmas tree or don't do anything meaningful.
