Mine was invalid. Evidently "RageyPoo" is offensive haha. 25 years of this name...never had that issue before!

That seems like the worst decision possible. Unique account names sure, but like do they never plan to have more than 5000 players when the game goes live? There's no reason people shouldn't be able to share a first name.
