3rd person view?

i love the first person view but my buddy hates first person.

There is no 3rd person view. That would not work in this game for a few reasons, like the fact that you have to actually aim your hits and blocks in melee.

You wouldn't be able to accurately hit players and monsters who have a shield. It would help against the troll, but you would also see people approaching from behind.

There is another dungeon game like this that is in 3rd person, i can't remember if its dungeonborne or Creep if its really a deal breaker for you.

That's not true. MANY games are 3rd person and their accuracy is not compromised.
