pvp difficult due to hacking visions

maybe your just inexperienced, but it would be impossible to know if someone was using a "vision hack" in this game

You can hear people via direction sounds that with practice and a good surround system or headset that can emulate surround well can tell you distance and direction, and also take your potions off your belt.

You're not getting found with "hacking visions" you're getting found because you don't know how to hide correctly.

There are known ESP/wallhacks around for the game at the very least going by a quick Youtube search.

The degree to which they're common can be called into question, but there's no doubt they exist.

I only have 19 hours and even I have worked out keeping potions in the inventory is a good idea ...

Nah, saw a rogue turn off all lights in a room and still opened chests, even with monitor settings on max and game brightness on max, this is not possible.

If anyone didn't think there would be an influx of cheats once it went free to play then you must not have been gaming for very long.

Yes people are cheating and yes people are being noobs. They don't cancel each other out. They are both happening. Why are you guys trying to debate this when you already have the answer?

I have not seen anyone behaving strangely in the game. There were bugs that came in handy for other players, but any hacks? None. Could be coincidence, but it's the basis for my view.

What I do find fascinating are all the "encounters" other players have with hackers/cheaters and whatnot, and I'm always quite saddened to see them without proof. A video, for example (preferably uncut, because it's very easy to cheat on the gear score lobby issue, for example).

I have said show proof over and over and get yelled down every time, "oh, look a cheater guys!" they will not change or show proof, there is no proof to show.

yes you can hear them fighting and what about when you are not fighting and stand still or just moving?
