Quest Complete On All Characters

I personally don't like that if I make a new character I have to redo all the quest from the merchants I have done on another character. It just feels tedious and time consuming. I want to be able to enjoy the game without having to make a significant time sink into the game. I don't know, this may be a non issue depending on how frequently they plan to wipe the game, if it's like tarkov with its frequency then they definitely need to implement this change, If they wipe once and a blue moon then it may be a non issue, but right now it just make me not want to play any other classes and like i wasted $30.

I mainly wish the first quest for cloth squire gear wasn't locked behind killing inferno enemies, but yeah I'm not really looking forward to having to redo a bunch of stuff aside from gear.
