depends what you mean solo... you can go into a solo queue, where there are no teams allowed, but there will always be other players and PvP. There is no single player or co-op mode.

Can absolutely be played solo (I play solo 95% of the time), but...

Game is heavily focused on PVP, if you dislike it you're gonna have a hard time.

Yes its playable solo on every map and even in "Hard" mode

This is not like Rust or Escape from Tarkov. You get to chose how big your team is and queue for that specific setup. However there is no Only PVE so you will sometimes have to PVP.
