The current state is better imo, especially for Solos.

i preffered the random unmarked portal spawns all over the dungeon personally.

a mix of both could be nice. Fixed extraction points, but also have a handful of random portal spawns that aren't marked on the map.

I think there's kind of a mix sometimes. I have seen a few 3 person blue portals scattered. I felt like the blue portals had way more pvp than extraction camping/extractions currently offer.
