Personally I'd like to see these races only unlockable via bluestone or maybe be added as default races you can pick when character creation is added in (if I should say). But it is what it is, hardly pay to win.
Druid does not really care about headgear so lycan and lizard are a paid powerup
Same for barb, lizard is straight up BIS
And elf skin is just bonus move speed with no downsides for warlock or wizard and, mostly, ranger
Once they start selling frost skeleton it is going to get even worse with the free damage
BTW i recommend you learn the meaning of the words you use before you use them, cause by definition Pay To Win is something that gives a significiant advantage over others that can ONLY be purchased with real money. See well your logic falls down like a house of cards as well here.
