No I was fighting stuff and it never stopped because the spiders do not stop spawning and to kill the pots you have to aggro more stuff. This was entirely unavoidable as I spawned in that room and it was the first pull. I had good gear on, probably 150 GS. Im set up for heal, moonfire, treeants, walls and barkskin. All went to 0 charges.
You can't just run into a room or else you'll aggro everything in it, and that's a fast path to death in any dungeon.
Gotta take it slow, methodical, stick to the walls to avoid the aggro ranges of things in the middle of the room, and if all else fails just leave the room, close the door behind you and find another path.
edit: and heal and protection potions etc
So what you learned here, is that if you are in a situation where stuff is spawning infinitely, you leave the room and shut the door behind you before you run out of spells, then find a location to rest and recover your spell slots.
Learning when to ♥♥♥♥ off because the situation is out of your control is part of the game.

Like I said this guys clearly trolling.
You're not but you want to win an internet argument so you'll say you are anyway lol
I'll do you a favor and tell you "I look forward to when you make a thread complaining about how hard it is to consistently do the music mini game while being attacked repeatedly and how frustrating it is to have to constantly micromanage buffs that leave you incredibly vulnerable during the recast period" so that when you feel the need to make that thread too you remember I said you would and you'll refuse to do it out of spite.
Have fun, Bard rules.
All you have done here is show us that we should ignore you if you have another problem.
