Bard songs not working sometimes

I have an issue when i play a song and it just doesnt work. Its so bad sometimes that i had to replay shriek of weakness 4 TIMES for it just to work (it wasnt even crappy, it just didnt work). It happens with other songs too, but shriek of weakness feels like the most broken of them all. Can i even do something to fix it?

I switched weapons slowly this time and there is still a problem of songs not working sometimes (tho i had this problem less). For example it happened when i played Rousing rhythms, thus its not because of weapon switching bcs i play beats of alacrity right after. Mb its problem with lag.
