Does this game have forced pvp

Im down with a little pvp once in a great while but Im not ok with people constantly attacking me and trolling when I just want to be left alone to quest and explore.

Technically it's not forced. You can go entire matches without seeing a soul, but more than likely you will run into players as it is a PvPvE game with a heavy focus on PvP

If you want to be left alone to explore then doing it in a game with a short time limit on a small map with other players is probably not at all what you want to be doing.

Eww ok, this game not for me then. I only want to do pvp when I feel like it. A game that takes your choices away is trash.

Not forced but encouraged. There are quests which ask of you to kill others. You'll get way better loot from players since they selectively only pick good loot.

Eww ok, this game not for me then. I only want to do pvp when I feel like it. A game that takes your choices away is trash.

This game is not "taking your choices away". It is literally the extraction genre. Tarkov, The Cycle, Arena Breakout are all the same. It just sounds like a game genre that's not for you, but it's not the games fault you don't like the genre

When you see a player, spam the crouch key, hold T and do an emote, holster your weapon or use voice chat and sometimes people leave you be.

You can't avoid pvp, but you won't encounter it every match either. I think 2/3 matches I never see another player. It's really not so bad if you're more pve focused. Not everyone you see is spoiling for a fight as they might be on a sliver of health or focusing on a map quest etc. I would see how it goes, and if the encounters and your results are outside your comfort, totally understandable.
