Blatant cheats in sub-25 lobbies

I saw a discussion yesterday about this, but cannot find it here anymore.
The person was complaining about the folk that are blatantly cheating and somehow getting powerful loot into the low-tier lobbies.

most of the folk in that discussion were saying things along the lines of the "just trust me bro" and "show us some proof then"

I myself am tired of these vile cheaters, so i decided to go out looking for them.
didn't find any yesterday, but I'm sure I've found one and took a pic of the guys gear as proof.

I do not know how to post said picture tho and am a bit confused as to how one does that, if at all here.

The pic i took was taken using the windows 10 snipping tool because i was Using the epic games version. I do not know how to put it on steam

It might be a bug, queuing over 25GS when under 25. or perhaps they or a teammate went over 25? That doesn't make sense for a cheat.

im pretty sure everything the squire can assign you gives you like virtually no gear score
which means that, if you did enough quests with like the armourer, nothing stops you from kitting yourself out with full plate from the squire and still staying below 25 gear score

ITS after he loot all damn dungeon and timer is 4 minutes until over???? XD He might kill the bosses or the players, loot everything in the world and.. so what?

IF that would be screenshot in lobby, and you had under 25 gearscore then YEAH, this is not a proof at all, not even if he would have 800, green weapns get you like 60 score alone, its easy to get up to 400

edit: in regards to the picture, I cant see what hes wearing but given the high str stat Id say thats junk random gear not stuff he picked for his class before entering. I gear my cleric for physical because its actually supposed to use will and knowledge. So I save the will and knowledge items and go into +25 with what I consider junk str agil stat gear. Probably they went into -25 with 2 pieces of luck gear and the luck potion that boosts 150 for like 100 gold.

he probably didnt loot purple weapon with purple cape with purple shield (even though he might have), but even then, i would assumed its just a lobby >25 and you might have messed up a little with you gear
