Looting Blue Weapons

So im currently stuck at weapons smith quest needing 5 blue weapons. Other than the top of the pyramid on the Ice caves there is any easy way to find Blue grade Weapons? Any tips are welcomed.

The altar in goblin cave can spawn a blue weapon (the spot with a ress location and 3 zombies + 1 ranged skeleton either crossbow or archer + a bunch of goblins), so one way would probably be to rush there every game.
I think 50 luck is ~50% higher chance of getting a blue item from chests/corpses, so wearing a luck item could also help.
There are some other special spawn locations on goblin cave map but I am unsure if they spawn weapon, might have seen one at the hidden room with 2 chests near the water walkway.
