Ya. I have other options as well. Still annoying tho. I feel bad for the people that dont.
How???
I have a GPIO passthrough with win10. (I think thats its name. been a while since i set it up. LIke 4 years or so.) So i can just put linux to sleep in the RAM and run windows on the hardware level with a click of a button. Windows has no idea its in a VM and i can directly compare between linux and windows.
Linux works better every single time unless the company fails at toggling a button. Usually leagues better performance on Linux. SF6 works better in linux than windows and so does Armored Core 6.
Windows sucks so much ass that I refuse to even use it. Its right there, but god its just so awful. And that is coming from someone who worked for them for years.
I would never ruin a steamdeck by putting windows on it. but thats why we have freedom to make awful decisions.
Id rather wait 3 years than ruin my hardware with that dumpster fire of a spyware OS lol. But thank you for reminding me I have this. If push comes to shove, i may click the button and bypass it completely.
Works good for me!
Thanks, this does get the game to run for me as well
