Make Power of Sacrifice give +15 Agility when cast on an enemy specifically.
That way using it as a DoT comes with the downside of having a very buffed and pissed off target zerging your face.
Warlock: Intangibility button with 28 second cooldown. Absurd even more so if they apply their dots and make like a fool and run away with talents that also heal them for using those talents.
yeah because it doesn't take a good warlock to put 1 and 2 together and get 3.
The trade off is DoT Locks do not hit hard AT ALL. Druid with Panther bite will absolutely wreck them for example. Rogue either getting the drop with Ambush or using Cut Throat = dead Lock. Rangers just in general annihilate Locks.
Letting them put DoTs on you, not breaking LoS or using corners/objects to your advantage is how they get kills.
Yes, Campfires regen Second Wind.
