Mimics and Money bug

I can't deliver the teeth, I've had them in my inventory for a long time though, does that have anything to do with it or is the quest just bugged?

I delivered both no problems. The quest is working fine.

I made this mistake as well, took me two hours to realise I could turn them in by scrolling down in the quest log.
