What is a good solo class to start with that is viable late game
i am pretty new to the game just starting to play it a couple days ago and was wondering what class would be good PvP or even PvE wise?

I can suggest to play Fighter first. U are quite tanky and u can use alot of weopns to try and he is kinda straight forward to play.

yeah, that's also what i made as a first character, having the movement speed and healing abilities are pretty useful to have

If you want to have some spells, cleric is a great solo class that can also be great in partys. Not as tanky as fighter but not as squishy as mage. Its good for new players wanting to learn then when you feel comfortable you can switch to some other classes. Good in pvp as well as you can buff and shield yourself as you go into swing.

If you don't think you would be good remember to use some spells on the fly in the raids go fighter, can't go wrong. Use the squire to change your loadouts and bring in some heals.

You can follow up by Cleric or Ranger, Cleric is not far from fighter but with useful spells not hard to understand and Ranger is just a fighter with a bow, pretty much

I'm not in Late Game, but if you concentrate on looting and not pvp, Rogue as still a good pvp options with poison and blood thing, abuse the one hand bow for this while running etc from ennemy, while having no problems with PvE if you invest in learning them. I'm f2p, soon gonna buy, but gonna most likely go Rogue really hard so will be able to give better info in the futur. (that my op on Rogue)

iv'been eyeing ranger since being in range can be quite safe against monsters, but id assume players are smart enough to trying to zigzag to not get hit by your arrows, or block em with shields

I love playing rogue but I have to disagree. I would recommend a martial melee class like fighter or barbarian. Rogues die fast and need a lot of hit and run or being tricky. Maybe not a very good straightforward starter.

fighter is really amazing, lenient in the beginning and has a high skill ceiling

Honestly I don't think Fighter is that strong despite playing one.

It's solid and reliable don't get me wrong, but the moment you run into a player with range and a faster move speed than you there's not much you can do about that.

Especially Warlocks...good lord I *$#&ing hate how Warlocks get damage, moderate speed and self-healing.
