So as an example if you flank a clueless Druid, he gets to live because you don't get to do the follow up swing. Then he'll rat, run away, heal, and spend the rest of the match looking for a chance to kill you.
Which he can do at any time, because Entangle/Treant/Dreamfire to taste

Meanwhile Druid is a rat in all forms and we are the cheese
Entangle only lasts 1 second though, right? It seems useless.
It lasts 6 seconds in an AoE on the ground, so even if you miss the enemy will stumble into it and lose a full second of mobility.
Most fights only last like 20 seconds~ the only other easily accessible bind I can think of is Cleric which is 0.75 seconds and requires you to hit the enemy directly with a spell a bit like zap.
