I cant upgrade to legendary via steam

Does anyone know why nothing happens when I click buy in shop menu?
I am trying to get the 15 Redstone Shard but no page or anything is opening to pay!

Any chance you two turned off the steam setting that allows steam popups in game? Not sure this causes that but first thing that came to mind.

Thanks for the advice, I had it disabled. I enabled it and restarted the game and now I get a pop up window!

Well put in the store. I've never needed the overlay, so I'm gonna keep it that way. I'll buy it when I don't need my overlay.

I'm not the only one. That's fine though, I can run through dungeons on my one character, and now I can even wear better than white gear. So we have ourselves a deal!
