Game saying "Failed to Connect to Server Quit Game"

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and got a few hours in yesterday but since then I cannot get the game to stop giving me this message any advice or help?

So yesterday the game was getting updated for two hours when I tried to log in, that was around 2PM MT, now today I try logging on and the game is getting updated at 11:48 AM MT for two hours again?...this is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I was thinking of buying this game but NOPE, no thank you. if they update the game without notice for 2 hours at a time in the middle of the day then Im good..Ive got other games I can play that actually update their games at reasonable times..if thats even whats happening today considering the error message I got today said I had the incorrect build..and even yesterday it just said I failed to connect to servers..both error messages fail to mention anything about the game being updated. 0/10 so far. Thank God I didnt pay money for this. If devs were better at communicating with their players I wouldnt be upset but the fact that Im left in the dark about whats going on and just getting error messages every time I try to launch the game is enough for me to pass on buying it.

Yesterday I played normally for the first half of the day, then stopped connecting to the server. Is this because of the patch? Or because of the server? And does the region influence this (Ukraine)
