I was also thinking about installing a first-person mod for Elden Ring or Dark Souls 3
Dungeons of Sundaria, though the combat is lackluster and some classes can just crush the game solo compared to others but each plays a role properly.
Dungeons of Eterra? think its called, kinda similar to Sundaria, probably same people.
Dunno man. I want a good PvE dungeon crawler with friends in FPS or TPS styles. Problem is a lot of the games dont do combat well or progression well. My next problem is getting friends to play the damn thing with me. 7 Days To Die? Yea sure, Palworld, great...A hub based dungeon crawler without all the other crafting suvival aspects? Nah, they bug out on me.
Also they're usually more in the "fight till you drop/reach the end of the run" and "build on the fly with random crap" genres rather than preparation and extraction.
If you compared this to say Barony for example the only things they have in common are being first person and taking place in something vaguely considerable as a dungeon.
Its the same as DaD with the PvEvP so it is not PVE only that the op is looking for, or myself for that matter.
it's dark and darker but with anime waifus omg it'll be lit
This is an insane take, that's the point of having multiplayer and pvp as an option. the PVP is there for AFTER you master the pve. The reason to keep playing the game. That wouldn't ruin the game people would still have the option to continue playing online and there would be less bad will on the company from their customers.
People want to master the PVE first, then move onto the pvp if they like it, I always play the campaign of an rts, or fighting game then if I enjoy it I play the online ranked mode. There's nothing wrong with having a game like that not every game you have to play forever as a live service second job.
I put like only 40 hours into metaphor refantazio and it's my favorite game of the year, 50-100 hours is a perfectly respectable number for an experience, if not a great one. I don't know what got steam users in the mindset eveyr game needs to generate a few thousand hours of playtime to be acceptable I'm happy with a 2-20 hour experiences. 50-100 hours not being long enough playtime in a game is an insane stance to take lmao.
