Game destroying my HDD
It's been a few months and the bug with HDD loading up to 100% has still not been fixed.

I will mention that the game is on SSD. But for some reason it loads HDD...

They also don't seem to grasps that good systems uses both SSD's and HDD, the price/return ratio is still very much in favor of HDDs, I doubt any of them can have the 20TB from only a handful of SSDs.

And for the ones who do not believe that their game is screwing up with your system, here's the proof:

There maybe an anti cheat looking for cheats? Just un-mount the drive or disable in windows and it won't scan the drive for cheats.

How old is your hard drive?

And what is windows installed on?

I have a HDD and m.2 SSD and haven’t seen this issue.

This is the only game in which I come across something like this. Obviously, the problem is not with my computer.

You are the only one having such problem, it is clearly a problem on your end

You need to start over. What does HDD have to do with anything if the game is on your SSD? Do you even know what these terms mean? Nothing you are saying is actually making any sense.

Also just because you first experience a problem with a specific game does not mean that specific game is the cause of your problems. If you had an IQ of 112 you would already know at least that much.

All the advice given in this topic does not make sense. I'm just waiting for the developers to fix the problem and I can play.

The developers can't fix your computer for you. You have literally never responded with a single piece of information. At this point its safe to just write you off as another troll.

Lol, why are ABSOLUTELY ALL developers able to make a game that does not destroy my HDD for no reason and DaD devs is not able to do this?

Again just because you first notice an issue with one program does not mean that program is what is causing the issue. Are you going to stop being a troll and actually answer questions?

I dont have the HDD issue but it does spike the heat on all of my cores for my CPU and GPU and shuts down my PC. I just uninstalled and said.. welp I still have Cold Waters Dotmod, and BG3, and DCS...

The incompetence of the developers is not my fault. It would be much better for everyone if they didn't destroy their players' HDDs.

Mine is fine. So what is your problem? You realize when a problem only effects you it automatically becomes a you problem right?

Lets start by you posting your full system specs.

I have an HDD installed still it is my OS drive and where I store anything important. Because when they start to fail you can pretty easily recover the information. Unlike a SSD when it fails, whelp there goes the data.
