Game is great so far

I think most of the F2P ragers forgot to read the FREE TO PLAY VERSION! description that is literally like one scroll wheel down. I agree it sucks u can't try the game with uncommon gear you find in a match in your next match and I think that should be removed but u can gear up in the dungeon. They are giving u a chance to see if u like the game-play before you spend money on it. Give you plenty of warnings if or when you want to spend money on the game. Getting smashed by someone fully deck is part of the game and will happen even if you have the full version because sometimes your just poor, experience from playing when they first tried to release on steam and some of the betas right after they first had issues with Nexon. All the haters can't read or think for themselves.

playing just one match i can see they put more work into the game from when they first tried to release it. Just play the game and think for yourself. Game is difficult as it describes it is and if you can't get pass not having upgraded gear maybe it's not for you. With skill and teamwork you can win a fight with the worse gear. geared players do have an advantage but it doesn't make them invincible.

Ironmace stood up to Nexon, seem to love to work on the game, implement patches for bug fix and new content. To me battling Nexon in court for a year or whatever it was shows me they care about there game to not just throw in the towel. they love there game and will fight for it.

Personally I'm going to take the opportunity the Devs gave us to comeback and try the game with the boys and give it a shot, we don't need uncommon gear to stomp somebody. This is my initial response from playing the game shortly and seeing all the hate and can definitely change with more time in the game. But I feel the hate is too greatly exaggerated by most. Try the game for yourself which is exactly what I'm going to do.

I agree, game has much improved since early beta and what seemed later versions out of Steam. I had lost all hope for Dark and Darker and I am now gladly surprised. I just wonder if you can grind those red shard in game to unlock Legendary status and non f2p features... Would be really cool for once to have such game pleasing everyone.

Gameplay honestly feels like ass. I feel like people are coping cause it's the only fantasy extraction game at the moment.

there was that one game greed is good and people played that and flocked back to dark and darker, oh and also project crawl too. ive played both of them and out of the 3 dark and darker has the best gameplay by far and this recent update has improved the game drastically
