black screen

Someone help me, when I start the game the screen goes black

Try alt+enter to change the program from fullscreen to windowed-fullscreen.

i have this issue as well

Go to properties and change the startup method by writing -DX11 and try to start the game, on mine it fixed the crash when starting but it always crashes on the character creation screen

right click on the game . Properties

Then General will appear.

Under launch options put in -DX11

This worked for me just now, thank you
