i dont understand why studio think the majority of player are pvp, they are not, the majority of gamer are pve, dad gamer or casual
anyway, have fun with your pvp game for a few week until the majority of players will quit the game when they will see how pvp toxic it is :P
pvp should never be anything else than FPS pvp anyway
First: I don't want to depend on other players to play the game and the game be functional.
Second: PvP players are toxic because of team cooperation and neediness.
Third: PvP players tend to cheat and hack, even more on skill-based games.
Fourth: PvP systems force the developer to poorly balance the game.
So... I want to play this game, but I don't want to be hardcore and put my life into it. If this game, or mods, allow me to play Single-Player or Coop it would be fine. If the developers support mods it would be fine.
I agree, would love a seperate solo mode, the janky combat and movement is no fun for PvP.
They can just seperate charakter and loot from the PvP version so people can't just farm and cheat or whatever.
