If you pay for the game, you get access to all of it.
i dont see any thing for purchase on the steam page do you have to DL and login to see it? if thats the case do you mind telling me how much it is?
seems odd they would lock pvp like that if its true
F2P players might have a gear disadvantage if they enter >25 bracket, because they don't have same (fast) access to better gear as paid players do (better gear from HR/marketplace).
thanks can you tell me what the price to upgrade to the full version is?
If you intend to play in 26+ bracket then it is possible for people with paid accounts to buy items on market which means they can use the gold they get and turn it into really good items. They can get the stats they are looking for and not just get lucky with drops.
In 26+ bracket it is possible to end up against people that spent hundreds or thousands of hours and are full bis gear vs people with 1 green weapon and rest starting gear.
Although I read that they want to improve the matchmaking eventually.
Also paid accounts have access to high-rollers which means an area with better loot, so it makes it reasonable that is another reason they will out gear f2p players although market is the main thing.
You have to buy the red shard (ingame currency) for $30.
We (EA players before Steam relaunch) paid $35 for regular or $50 for hold the line edition with some extra (cosmetic) bells and whistles and shards
