Macro Gameplay problem

This game has a major issue of being too short, I zone into a dungeon im suppose to explore within 10 minutes fight monsters/loot/pvp, actions in this game are slow and regaining hp is also slow, thats fine. But how are these dungeons 10 minutes, you need to leave the dungeon early watching out for escape routes, everythjing revolves around find a portal/escape routes for me and my team , huge macro play issues here

You just need to learn to play more efficiently. Your not meant to explore the entire dungeon and your not meant to kill every monster or player.
