- Ironmace decides to continue with their platform, which they have just completed in order to not go into negative ROI, this means supporting two ways forward - Blacksmith & Steam;
- Ironmace decides it's best for their small team to focus just on Steam, and they move back to utilize Steam as distribution method and identity management, as well as cloud data saves - which is what they were using before, this will likely be more productive to their team BUT since now they already have Blacksmith, it will be somewhat an additional "cost".
and I do hope they actually provide Steam keys to everyone who purchased before and they invalidate all other methods and force people to shift into Steam, as I find very, very annoying now we have 20 launchers to deal with.. it's Steam, Xbox, EA, Epic, Ubisoft, Bethesda, Amazon just to name a few big ones.
