so rupture is better when you have poor equipment, when you have better equipment weak point is stronger
but you can always use both
Can you? A rogue can't stand in melee combat vs anyone, without Hide they feel crippled. Heck, two of their perks are based around Hide, you barely have 4 good perks to pick from without it. Especially since you are now going to be reliant on darkness to surprise people which means you probably don't want poison weapon on either because the weapon effect would reveal you.
By running two dps abilities you can drop all of your invisibility related perks for even more dps. The scaling is nuts too. I have decimated fully epic'd out players while in the basic loadout quite quickly. I've tried it on the main map but its less successful. It could have just been me though. But longer story short you can stack both abilities on one swing or knife throw. You can 1 shot mages and rogues with the knife this way, its great for making those 1v3 fights winnable.
yeah apparently rupture + weak point is the new meta on high-rollers.
