Coin Purses Take up 40% of my Stash - Suggestions for Next Wipe
One of my only major criticisms of the game so far is that you are extremely restricted on stash space, and you are offered no opportunity of progression to expand it. I'm at a point where I have 0 space left and have started to have to reassign space away from high level potions to more coin purse space, meaning I'm so restricted that I no longer have any space for consumables anymore. A huge percentage of the allotted space is dedicated solely to coin purses.

Point is, I am getting squeezed of space and I always end up 100%'ing my stash space every wipe.

What I would absolutely love to see from the next wipe is for us players to be given a progression mechanic for the stash. To progress and improve it will both make the game more enjoyable in that you're no longer as squeezed for space, but also give players the satisfaction one gets from said progression.

Here is some constructive feedback and idea's for ways to implement this;
Add more coin containers. A 4x4 square of coin purses currently holds 200 coins, so perhaps add a "Large Coin Purse" that is 4x4 in size but holds 1.5 - 2.0 times the coins, so 300-400 coins. A "Lockbox", 2x3 in size but prohibitively expensive (maybe several thousand gold coins to purchase from the Treasurer). This could contain 3 times more coins on a per slot basis (aka 300 coins in purses for that space, but 900 coins in a "Lockbox" for the same space).

You could extend this for other kinds of items as well, say, by adding in "Weapon Racks". You could also have several variants, so "Polearm Racks" for longer weapons and a standard wrack for all those smaller weapons like maces, rapiers, armings swords, falchions, etc. All of these would be purchased from the Weaponsmith.

Or even possibly a "Jewelery Box", to store all those enchanted pendants and rings that you like and wish to save for later. This one could be attained from the Collector.

And that's it, all of my thoughts on the topic. I just think it would improve the quality of life for the game and give us players an avenue for further progression and satisfaction. I hope everyone else finds these idea's interesting perhaps potentially even the Dev's as well ^-^

Id like to see a 100gp version of the bag that holds like 500gp.

Yes, designated bank space would be great, but I would also like to see a prestige option to increase storage size.

Personally I think there should just be a non-inventory bank in your stash for gold because trading bags for buying/selling is kind of asinine and puts artificial price limits by how much you can even fit in the box.

idk having space limit on money keeps the economy from getting to crazy

Seasonal wipes is more likely to do this than any space limit could. Players can effectively make mule accounts full of characters to hold onto money if they have a spare PC that can just boot up the menu aspects of the game.

Though this game will likely get stash tabs... presumably for a cost, if I didn't know any better.

This. Unlimited space and you'll end up having endless inflation almost immediately. Then people will whine about how a run pays too little and thus you can say hello to the evil downwards circle of economic hell.

In case you were responding to me and not Selphos, the changes I suggested would still involve a physical space limit, it just gives you the ability to progress your character's stash and have a bit more breathing room.

I'm not really fond of seasonal wipes as a concept but I have to admit this is a pretty good argument.
Especially since we're already seeing RMT-gold-selling bots... on the last day... of a free beta.

Coinpurses should come in different sizes.
- 5 gold for a 50 purse
- 15 gold for a 100 purse
- 45 for a 150 purse
Could be even bigger but that might make purses pretty meh. They could also add a purse to each character loadout that force you to have a little coins in the purse if you have coins, this would make pvp a bigger thing when they want your coins!

Seeing RMT what now...?

I imagine that coin sacks are going to be necessary after launch. Atm, prices are kept relatively low because of resets between playtests, but as players get better after launch, without any resets in place, I imagine the average stash of gold is going to keep rising and rising, with the limit only being what you can fit in your stash.

I probably wouldn't mind being able to unlock additional stash tabs with adventure currency, or MRTs (similar to how Path of Exile does it). The stash is big enough typically, and you can finagle moving items from one of your character's stashes to another if you have a friend help you move it in the trading market (at a total cost of 30g per inventory of items being moved from one of your characters to another one), so I don't really see a constant need for your average player to need to pay for a larger stash, but it would be considerably more convenient.

Real money trade. You know, NOTASCAM DOT COM GUARANTEED 800K $40 type stuff. I've seen it in trade chat.

One of my issues is that with my stash 100% full, there really isn't much more progress I can make for that character. There's no quests or avenue's of progression left to me. If I survive a raid, cool, I have to go back in with the stuff I got out with because I don't even have enough space to sell it and keep the money, I have to go back into the next raid with it all.

If I can't prgoress, what's the point of playing that character ever again? Why take him out on a raid if I don't get anything from it?
