Rogue feels underpowered
Literally dies in 1 to 2 hits and does the least amount of damage compared to all the other classes even when fully geared i feel it should be a high dps class but keep the low hp pool making it a glass canon and a main dps pick or make its evasion skills better like its invis shouldnt need a perk too move around should be on a timer instead and get as far as you can etc but its current state makes it significantly worse the all the other classes

Stealth needs a faster cooldown and ir longer duration too.

Ya, i felt that too. I tried rogue out this weekend and didn't like it as much as the other classes.

Especially for the first starting hump, the damage is just not there. Not sure how you're supposed to take on Barbarians or geared fighters either. I get its supposed to be a team game somewhat, but still puts rogue in a weird place for team fights.

Poison/Bleed and stealth really all he got going. After stealth is up, that's kinda it.

You can definitely 2 hit with the right build as rogue, just saying.

I played rogue in castle solo today, I went 2v1 twice and killed all 4 then extracted. rogues severely underpowered when it comes to mobs but not combat, you have to play to his advantages, quick assassinations. however if you have to deal with archer skeles careful, or damn spiders you cant even reach unless you crouch or the death bats etc etc it can be rough. ive found its actually better to just let other players loot for you then kill them for their loot. instead of doing the killing of NPC's and looting yourself. which imo was pretty ehh and broing but fun when the fights began just a lot of patience and waiting but not much gameplay outside of the PVP. I used the default kit for my 4-0 kills too so 14 damage dagger. I think he needs to be able to use the survival bow or something.. maybe a tiny bit of ranged damage to help with some mobs and add some utility. survival bows are weak and add in he wont have any abilities to triple shot or do anything special id think it would be fairly balanced. afterall robin hood was an archer and a thief. it is kinda lame that only the fighter has access to all weapons with the perk. idk just my thoughts, it could be too weak for all I know but I think its just a very patient and more difficult/boring playstyle

I havent played much rogue, and non at all during this test. But from watching alot of "high level" rogue play, it seems like its a harder class to master. Specially in the beginning where ur dmg isnt great, and ur obviously insane squishy.

My best tip that I've picked up on. Is to play very ratty when you're low geared.
Hide in corners. Wait for players to finish fighting everything in the room, so they potentially have low HP when you engage.

At high gear level, Rogue becomes incredibly nasty I've seen people do 75-80 dmg per stab with the dagger, with poison applying on top of that.

100% skill or build issues, rogue is NOT underpowered. 3 shotting anything in the game with the right build and being able to one shot wizards with headshots... umm no not underpowered at all...

Love bot is correct, even with top gear you play rat with no potions showing and you basically never die and kill anyone you want when you choose.

One nice thing about Rogue is that all the items are severely discounted compared to fighter lol

By the right build, you mean the right purple weapon

Friend and myself 2v3 consistently as* wizard rogue, the two most op classes in the game imo.

The stealth perk being based on number of STEPS instead of simply on a timer feels counter-intuitive. The class is all about speed. You can up your move speed all you want but it'll never matter because stealth breaks after 10 STEPS. Stealth as-is is just bad and I wouldn't be surprised if it gets a major overhaul or straight up removed from the game because NO ONE is using it. It's that bad.

Not to mention the utility of being able to open doors or chests faster is completely overshadowed by anyone else literally breaking them down...? Or how about detect traps being completely useless once you learn their location? Disarming feels garbage too since most of the time you can just crouch or sidestep them, not to mention takes too long.

Haste and Ignite on Rogue weap + poison. That ♥♥♥♥ nasty.

Doesnt take a purple, just the right green dagger!

Sadly alot of people only look at the rarity color of the item, and not the actual stats. Plenty of cheap, green items will be better than some purples.

I do agree stealth needs some changes, but it is definitely not useless... just need to choose your moments like wizard stealth.

That may be nice but we never once used or needed it, the double poison is MORE than enough. They dont know the rogue is even there to start and get distracted by a solo wizard = free kill on the backline to even it out in less than 3 seconds. Enemy team either panics and seperates/runs away or over commits and dies cause nothing in the game can catch a agility stacked rogue or wizard currently other than similar builds.

Also pretty much every class in the game should be prioritizing agility for total movespeed, its basically broken rn. That includes wizards.

If I am in a match and can afford it I am moving at LEAST 100% (300) speed WITH my weapons out... and with them put away going 311+ (cant remember exact % there)
